Customized Package Add-On enables clients to combine specific elements from one or more existing EduGorilla’s Preparation Packages, into a single package. Thus, the Add-On enables the client to target a specific audience, and provide the most cost effective (due to selective content) package for preparation. The article contains details about how to avail the Customized Package Add-On, how it differs from other Add-Ons such as L2 Based Packaging, and other details.

How to avail the Customized Package Add-On?
In order to get Customized Package facility, just drop a mail to the respective salesperson and keep [email protected] in CC. An example mail format is given below for convenience.
E-Mail Text:
Hi [Sales POC Name],
My name is [Name], and I am the [Owner/Manager/Principal Name] of [Institute/Brand Name]. I would like to enable the Customized Package Add-On offered by Gibbon. What functionality does Customized Package provides to clients?
Customized Package lets educators to take the elements from existing EduGorilla packages, and create their own preparation packages. Consider an example scenario given below.
- Suppose that the client runs a business that prepares candidates for CAT, GMAT, and Placement Exams for finance.
- The existing preparation package for management at that time was – Management 365 (shown below) which provided preparation materials for all the Management Exams (CAT, XAT,NMAT, SNAP, GMAT, etc.).
- Similarly, the existing preparation package for Finance at that time was – Finance 365 (shown below) which provided preparation materials for all the Government & Private Sector recruitment exams related to finance (JIIB, IIBF, Bank SO, etc.) along with Placement Guidance.
- Now, the client wants to provide a package specifically for CAT, GMAT, and Placement Preparation. So, he/she avails Customized Package Add-On.
- He/She gets in contact with EduGorilla Sales Executive and requests for the creation of a new course which will have CAT, and GMAT preparation elements from Management 365 package. Additionally, the new package would also have Placement Guidance from Finance 365 package.
- The new package is named as ‘Aptitude, MBA, and Management’ and is discounted heavily to drive a significant increase in subscriptions.
What is the difference between Customized Package, Dynamic Test Creation, and L2 Based Packaging?
Clients may get confused between Customized Package & Dynamic Test Creation Add-On. Similarly, they might also get confused between Customized Package, and L2 Based Packaging. The crucial differences between both are explained below.
Customized Package
- Combines elements (tests, e-book, previous year question papers, etc.) from different existing package to create a new package.
- Covers more than one exam.
- NOT available on the ‘Admin Portal’ of the website, has to be requested from EduGorilla’s Support Team
Dynamic Test Creation
- Combines questions from existing tests to create a new test.
- Test is made for a single exam.
- AVAILABLE on the ‘Admin Portal’ of the website.
L2 Based Packaging
- Provides preparation material (tests, e-book, previous year question papers, etc.) for a specific exam.
- Covers a single exam.
- NOT available on the ‘Admin Portal’ of the website, has to be requested from EduGorilla’s Support Team
