Gibbon’s Animated Video Courses are also useful in attracting K-10 students and below to the client’s portal. Prerequisites
- Clients must have ‘Admin Access’ to the portal/website.
- Clients must have activated the Add-On service for the portal/website.
How to Access the Animated Video Courses on the Admin Panel?
The first step is to access the Admin Panel itself, which can be done by Login Into the website by suing the Admin Credentials. Check the video below to know how.
The second step is to reach the video course module, for which the following path has to be followed.
Path: Dashboard > Courses > Video Courses

How to Hide Existing Animated Courses from the Portal?
‘Hiding’ a video course means that the course would not be ‘visible’ to the students on the client’s portal. In order to hide a course, its Active status has to be modified.
The steps to do are given below.
- Access the Video Course module (process given above)
- Search the Video Course by Name or by Levels
- Now click on the ‘pencil’ icon to edit the fields
- Uncheck the Active box
4. Under the Active Column uncheck the box, then click on the save icon to the process to finish the process. Click on Save icon to save the changes.
How to Change the Banner of an Existing Animated Video Course?
The process to change the banner of an existing video course is similar to that of modifying the ‘Active’ status of an course.
- Access the Video Course module, and search for the course.
- Now click on the ‘pencil’ icon to edit the fields.
- Click on the Upload Icon to upload a file from the local disk. Click on the Save Icon to save the changes.
How to Modify the Price of an Existing Video Course?
The process is similar to the one above. Just edit the Original Price & Current Price fields.
Click on the Save icon to finish.
Remember!
Certain Ready Made video courses CANNOT be priced below a certain point. Any attempted to do so would cause a prompt (like the one given below) to appear.
How to Modify Video Listing in an Animated Video Course?
The steps to do are as follows:
- Access the Video Course module.
- Search the Video Course by Name or by Levels
- Now click on the ‘video’ icon to show the videos listed in the course.
Upon selecting the tab, a new prompt would appear. Clients can then perform actions to solve the following queries.
How to make a video free in the video course?
Simply uncheck the Free box for the particular video.
How to provide e-books, study notes, and other study material with a video course?
Click on the Study Material option, and select the content from the local disk.
How to ‘hide’ a particular video from the video course?
Uncheck the Visibility Status box.
How to replace a video with o0ther in an existing video course?
Click on the Edit option
Now click Select File button, and upload.
How to add more videos to an existing video course?
Click on ‘Add Videos’ option, and upload the files.
